The News Team launched their channel in the middle of January and are hoping to make the videos beneficial for parents/carers, as well as appealing to a wider audience, as their goal is to receive some sponsorship for the team for new equipment.   Why don't you check it out here?

Young Start up Talent gets awarded

Two students from Bishop Luffa School were awarded prizes at a recent Young Talent entrepreneurial initiative.

Arundel CE Primary School's New Extension

November 2016 saw the opening of a new two classroom extension block at Arundel Primary School which was undertaken through funding from the previous 2015-16 year. Despite the time of year the whole school were able to participate in a lovely outdoor service in the sunshine.The Duchess of Norfolk officially opened the extension with Bishop Martin of Chichester blessing the new classrooms.The Diocesan Director of Education, Ann Holt was also in attendance.

The new extension has allowed the school to move years 5 and 6 from cramped under sized classrooms to modern quality spacious classrooms, giving them a good learning environment. This has also freed up space to remodel and create a vibrant well stocked library for the whole school to benefit from. Both the School Governors and Diocese worked hard to achieve this project as it developed over a number of years.It was supported by visits from the Diocesan Board of Education Sub Committee Members, Reverend David Twinley being one of them, who much to his surprise was there at the opening in his new role as the local parish vicar.
